[경제] Bangladesh Economy in FY2021–22

As part of its regular exercise to review the performance of the economy and analyse the key emerging trends, the CPD closely monitors the country’s economy throughout a fiscal year. Bangladesh economy is facing several challenges against the backdrop of the geo-political and economic crises happening around the world. A number of factors—including inflation, trade deficit, exchange rate volatility, pressure mounting on foreign exchange reserve—have exacerbated the pre-exiting challenges facing the country in recent times. In this context, CPD’s flagship Independent Review of Bangladesh’s Development (IRBD) publication delineates an analysis of the macroeconomic performance of Bangladesh economy in FY2021–22. The book contains CPD IRBD’s three readings of the Bangladesh economy.
