[지역개발] India: Madhya Pradesh Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Program (Tranche 2 and Multitranche Financing Facility)

The multitranche financing facility (MFF) supported energy investments in rural areas in 16 districts (32 out of 50) in Madhya Pradesh. The physical investments mainly included separation of distribution feeders for agricultural pumps and households to restrict the overuse of subsidized power supply for agriculture and enable 24-hour supply for rural households. The nonphysical investment helped women-headed microenterprises and women’s self-help groups (SHGs) get direct benefits from the improved rural power supply.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the MFF. IED overall assessment: Successful.
