The multitranche financing facility (MFF) was to support the delivery of the Uttarakhand Urban Sector Development Road Map, enable flexibility in investment decisions based on the needs and constraints of each city, and allow implementation based on the readiness of individual subprojects. The anticipated impact of the investment program was improved quality of life for the urban residents of Uttarakhand’s 31 selected towns.
