The program aimed to improve road connectivity and efficiency to increase trade growth. The multitranche financing facility's (MFF) expected outcome was efficiency gain for road traffic operation along the national trade corridor. The MFF’s expected outputs were threefold: newly constructed and upgraded roads and bridges, establishment of the national trade corridor business plan and coordinating body, and institutional capacity development. For tranche 3, its expected outcome was to improve regional network for the movement of goods and people along the E35 Expressway.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the MFF and Tranche 3. IED overall assessment: Successful.
