[교육] Code of Ethics for VET Teachers in Georgia

조지아 국외연구자료 연구보고서 - World Bank 발간일 : 2021-02-01 등록일 : 2021-04-02 원문링크

The Code of Ethics for VET Teachers in Georgia has been developed within the framework of the Strengthening Teacher Quality in Vocational Education and Training (VET) project funded by a grant from the UK Department for International Development (DfID) through the British Embassy’s Good Governance Fund (GGF) and executed by the World Bank in close cooperation with the beneficiary. The grant objective is to support Georgia in strengthening the quality of the vocational education and training sector through developing a teacher management and professional development system. The VET law provides the basis for the development and approval of the Code of Ethics for VET teachers (Article 22, r). The VET Reform Strategy 2013-20 also stresses the importance of the entry into the profession, the professional development and the career advancement of VET teachers. This document was developed based on information collected through a combination of desk research, qualitative and quantitative research methods and an occupational and functional analysis. It reflects the perceptions of stakeholders on the roles of VET teachers and their responsibilities in the country. A regular review of the code will help to ensure that it is kept up to date and remains relevant in a changing educational environment.
